Job Overview
We are looking for a presentable and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Beauty & Wellness services. The role involves managing customer inquiries, booking appointments, promoting salon services/products, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities Inbound Calling
- Handle customer calls related to salon services, products, and appointments
- Provide detailed information about beauty services, packages, and offers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments for salon visits
Outbound Calling
- Call potential and existing clients for promotions, offers, and follow-ups
- Generate leads for salon services, memberships, and packages
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat visits
- Inform customers about new product launches and ongoing campaigns
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions
- Coordinate with salon staff and operations team for smooth service delivery
Data & Reporting
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
- Track daily calls, bookings, and conversions
- Share daily/weekly performance reports with the manager
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Pleasant voice and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of beauty & wellness services (preferred)
- Computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support (Beauty/Salon preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
